Vehicle Detail
This screen contains comprehensive information on each vehicle that is in the auction.  The Vehicle Detail page can be accessed anywhere within SmartAuction by clicking on the Vehicle Description of a particular vehicle.  Information on the vehicle is grouped in the following sections:

Basic Vehicle Information
This section contains the basic information on every vehicle, including links to all photos.  The information contained in this section includes:

• Vehicle Detail
  
  • Odometer
  • Title State
  • Hits - Number of unique vistors to the vehicle detail page
  • Exterior - color
  • Interior - color and type of interior
  • Type- Vehicle Type (lease, rental, etc.)
  • MSRP - Original MSRP (if available)
    

• View Photos
  • Pop Up Photo Viewer
    
  
  

Vehicle Equipment and Accessories
This section contains basic descriptions on the equipment and accessories listed on the vehicle:  Information is grouped by:

• Interior
  
• Exterior
  
• Mechanical

• View Full Vehicle Descriptions - Click on this link to view the full names/descriptions of equipment and accessories listed on the vehicle and typically found on the manufacturer's invoice.

Auction Information
This section contains a summary of the current status of the vehicle in today’s auction.  This section contains the following information on each vehicle:

• Reviewed Checkbox– Click on the check box to add tag this vehicle as ‘Reviewed’
• Add to Bid List– Add the vehicle to your bid list directly from this page.
• Buy It Now Price– If available, the current Buy it Now price
• Opening Price– The opening price of the vehicle
• High Bid– The current high bid amount
• High Bidder– The name of the current high bidder
• Starts– The auction start time
• Ends– The auction end time
• Incentives– If available, the incentive program(s) on this vehicle
• Buyer Tips – Informational tips for potential buyers of this vehicle.
• Bid List Comments–Once added to the bidlist, you can enter your own comments
  here to refer back to during the bidding process.

Guidebook Values
This section contains a range of guidebook values for this vehicle, based on your default guidebook choice. Guidebook values are updated weekly.

• Edit Default – Click the link to change your default guidebook values to/from BlackBook to/from J.D. Power.
• More... – Click the link to open up the guidebook value detailed pop up screen.

Special Features

• Ready4Retail logo - indicates that the seller has certified that the vehicle has passed the ready for retail inspection checklist. Click on the logo to review the inspection checklist.

Seller and Location Information
This section contains the sellers name, location, and distance from your dealership.   Within this section you can also:

• Map it with Google Map– Link to Google Maps to access a map and driving directions from your location to the to the storing location of the vehicle.
• Get Shipping Quote– Link to obtain the cost of shipping from one of our transportation providers
• Distance - View the straight line distance between your dealership and this vehicle.
• In-Transit notice - If the vehicle is currently In-Transit to the listed vehicle location, a red message indicating this will be listed, along with the expected arrival date.

Vehicle History Information
This section contains a link to the AutoCheck and Carfax vehicle history reports.  If the report has been purchased by the seller, you can click on the ‘View’ button to view the report.  If the report has not been provided, click on the ‘Purchase’ button to purchase the report yourself. 

• View GM Vehicle Inquiry System (GMVIS) –Link Provides information contained within the GM Vehicle Inquiry System in reference to extended Service Contracts, Service Record and Campaign/Recall histories.

Seller Updates and Communication
This sections will list the date and time of any seller updates such as pricing changes, addition of photos, and changes to the condition report, as well as any questions/answers that have been asked on this posting.

• Have a question for seller? – Click on this link to ask a question for the seller.  This link will only be active if the seller has opted in to accept questions.

Condition Report and Disclosures
This section contains all the details of the vehicle condition report, including the total Excess Wear estimate, the inspection date, and the company who performed the inspection.  All damage items and associated photos will be listed as identified by the seller.  In addition, there are links to:

Print Page/ Email Option

• Print - Click on the Print button to print out a formatted version of the vehicle detail page.
• Email - Click on the 'Email' link to open up an email document which will allow you to send a prospective customer a version of the vehicle detail page.
  • Comments: Personalize an email message to yourcustomer
  • Vehicle Description: Gives the customer the basic information on the vehicle.
  • Options & Accessories: Lists the options and accessories available on this unit, grouped by Interior & Exterior.
  • Lead Photo: Select any photo to be your lead photo.
  • Photos: Select images to include in your email.
  • Damage Information: Select to include the damage information from the vehicle inspection, or decide to exclude.
  • Disclosures: Lists any disclosures on the vehicle.
